Can I commission a new website?
Yes. I build websites with an individual design and editable content. Scope, timing and costs are agreed before work starts. Logo design and copywriting are separate services.
Can you take over my existing website?
Ongoing care is for websites I build and maintain. We can start with a separately quoted audit or discuss a new website.
What does hosting and maintenance include?
Hosting, SSL, website and extension updates, backups, monitoring and basic security. Additional work, content, Google services and automation are billed separately. See the scope and pricing.
Is email included in maintenance?
No. Email is optional and billed separately, with up to 5 GB per mailbox. Larger capacity and migration are quoted individually. You can use your own provider. See business email details.
How are development work and domains billed?
Monthly development is billed separately. Scope and schedule are agreed individually; work is not unlimited. Domains are billed at the provider’s renewal cost plus an annual renewal administration fee for each domain. I confirm the price before renewal. See development pricing and domain renewal terms.
What technology do you use to build websites?
I build websites using WordPress, a proven content management system that makes it easy to manage content and expand your website as your business grows.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No. SEO and Google setup establish website foundations and measurement tools. Search rankings depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.
